This Therapy has three stages and begins with a gentle lymph drainage routine to clear any stagnation, swelling and puffiness in the face followed by a natural cleanse with rosehip oil.
Next we move onto facial cupping, the facial cups gently lifting and sculpting the soft tissues of the face, improving circulation, boosting collagen production and tightening of the skin.
Finishing with facial acupressure, working the energy pathways in the face, relieving stress and tension, reducing headaches, temporomandibular joint pain and sinus congestion.

Facial reflexology – Facial reflexology is a wonderful addition in the world of wellbeing, extending the traditional practice of reflexology (on the feet) to the face. Think of it like a super-charged face massage that benefits both your skin and wellbeing.
Please note that Facial Reflexology is contraindicated within the first 3 weeks of having Botox or Facial Fillers and within the first 3 months of any facial surgery including facelift surgery.
